Word: With a new look and easier editing and creation of text documents. Word 2019 now even offers you digital pens for writing text. Microsoft® Word has a new look in 2019 and offers, among other things, improved recognition of pen and voice input. You do not necessarily need a pen for this, but can use the digital pens with your mouse.

Excel: With the 2019 version, the program has been expanded with numerous features and now helps you to prepare your tables and figures even better. The spreadsheet tool in the Microsoft® Office series also impresses with new applications. Timeline filters, text concatenation or the deactivation of superfluous cells. New diagrams and improved visual elements are in keeping with the new age. As in the Word classic, it is now also possible to use the freehand function for writing and drawing in Excel 2019.

Powerpoint: One of the biggest innovations that Microsoft® has added to the latest addition to the PowerPoint family is the Morph transition function. Using new, elaborate transitions, presentations can be skillfully loosened up and even the most complex content can be easily staged. In addition to the zoom functions for the slides within the presentation, there are new symbols along with SVG and 3D models, which can now be managed and inserted even more easily. Thanks to an extensive library of templates and animations, the software can be used to design meaningful slides that emphasize the intended messages. Outlook: Outlook is also a core application in Microsoft® Office 2019 Professional Plus. The program not only manages all of the user's email addresses, but also provides an overview of all known contacts and an appointment planner with three time zones. Synchronization with Outlook on the smartphone makes it possible to have this data with you wherever you go.

Skype for Business: Another highlight is the Professional Plus package 2019 used with Skype for Business, which promotes collaboration. Users can see the online status of team members at a glance and can start a chat, an internet call, a group conversation or a video transmission if required.

Access: For creating and managing extensive databases. The software can be used to create empty databases and fill them with data from Excel, XML and dBASE files, PDF documents or emails. Within a project, you can assign access rights to other users and prepare the tables using queries such as sorting or filtering. You can use forms to insert new data and execute defined tasks automatically using macros.

Further features: Another new feature is the improved security with "Data Loss Prevention". The programs make it easier to control which information can be integrated into documents and passed on. Administrators also have the option of blocking or restricting access to certain data.
