Our customers are extremely satisfied: This is shown by the awards from the ProvenExpert rating portal. Officially, we have been awarded "Top Recommendation", "Top Service Provider" and "Recommended by Customer". But how do these seals of quality come about? And why are they so important for us as a used software retailer? 
The ProvenExpert awards such as "Top Service Provider" or "Recommended by Customer" are highly coveted. Almost 170,000 companies use the platform to evaluate customer satisfaction. The quality seals are awarded on the basis of independent customer opinions - from over 400 review portals. The basic requirement for an award is a minimum number of very good ratings. Only those who achieve this number of positive reviews receive the seal. Our customers rated us particularly positively in terms of our response time to customer inquiries, the quality of our license consulting and our flexibility.
Important insights from an external perspective 
The feedback from ProvenExpert gives us an external view of our process quality. It is practically impossible to carry out a comprehensive evaluation like this on our own and even a small-scale survey would involve a disproportionate amount of effort. Of course, we are very pleased with the positive feedback - it confirms us in our daily work. At the same time, the awards spur us on to maintain this level. After all, we want to continue to improve in the future and keep an eye on our customers' needs. The ratings are also an important tool for this. A brief digression into the findings on customer satisfaction: Customer satisfaction makes a significant contribution to the success of a company. Accordingly, how customers feel about companies has been measured since the 1970s. However, customer-centric approaches that focus on the needs of consumers have only recently become established. However, modern and contemporary companies are aware of how valuable satisfied customers are and therefore regularly obtain their feedback and react accordingly.

The rating via ProvenExpert is not automatic. Instead, companies must actively register in order to be rated by the renowned service provider. We decided to participate for several reasons. 
  1. We want to know our customers' opinions and communicate them transparently to the outside world. In order to obtain a truly objective and independent opinion, cooperation with an external service provider is a prerequisite. With ProvenExpert, we can rely on the statements, as there are many reviews and the results are valid. 
  2. The ProvenExpert seals help us to acquire new customers. This is because customer ratings play a decisive role when it comes to trust in a company. As a reseller of used software, reliability and diligence are of great importance to us. With awards such as those from ProvenExpert, we prove that we earn the trust of our customers every day. 
  3. We want to constantly evaluate and optimize our processes. We can only achieve this to this extent with an external perspective. In the case of ProvenExpert, we are delighted with the renewed awards. In these areas, we will continue to do everything we can to maintain this level in the future. However, we are also aware that we have not yet received the awards in some areas. So we know what we can still work on in the coming months and years.
