Functions of Microsoft Office 2021
The current Office package from Microsoft includes various applications that can make your day-to-day work easier. The Office 2021 Standard version includes the spreadsheet software Excel, the word processing software Word and the presentation software PowerPoint, which you also get with Microsoft Office 2021 Home and Business and Microsoft Office Home and Student 2021. However, Office 2021 Home and Student is intended exclusively for non-commercial use and is therefore not suitable for use in companies. This restriction does not apply to Office Home and Business 2021; however, some programmes and functions are missing here compared to Office 2021 Standard or Office Professional Plus 2021.
The standard version already includes Outlook as an email client and for managing contacts, appointments and tasks, as well as OneNote, a virtual notepad. This makes it particularly easy to document spontaneous ideas, drafts or similar without having to interrupt your workflow.
Microsoft Office 2021 Professional Plus also includes the database application Access, the desktop publishing application Publisher and Skype for Business, with which you can easily master even demanding and complex tasks in everyday business.
